"Chicago Blues"
( Mixed Media on 30 x 48 x 1.5 Canvas )
So I’ve never been to Chicago…but when I think of Chicago, I think of rain and gloomy skies like it’s the London of America. I also think of the spirit people from Chicago seem to have. Like Philly, gun violence is out of control, and the murder rate is heartbreaking, but the people's hearts stay solid. This piece represents the sun after the storms that will always come—S/o’s to Chi-town.
Materials: Spray Paint, Acrylic Paint, Fluid Acrylic, Acrylic Markers, Glitter, Hope, and some Grit.
